NatashaDyer.jpgNatasha joined the Trust in 2012 as Operations Manager and has since advanced to the position of Director of Operations and Communications. In this capacity, Natasha is responsible for a host of administrative, operational, financial and communicative functions.

Prior to joining the Trust, Natasha served as Office Manager for the Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Arts Education at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center. There she developed a deeper understanding and attraction to the educational landscape of her hometown—Newark, NJ. An avid lover of the arts, Natasha also served in Administrative and Development capacities at Aljira, a Center for Contemporary Arts.

As a part time student, Natasha graduated with honors from Essex County College in 2013 where she was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and is currently pursuing a degree in sociology at Rutgers—Newark College of Arts and Sciences, where she was inducted into the Golden Key International Honour Society. As a Leadership Newark Fellow, Natasha is dedicated to the development of the City of Newark, and has also devoted significant time to volunteerism, serving as community liaison for the Newark Voter Empowerment Tour, and volunteering for Aljira, a Center for Contemporary Art and Gallery Aferro.

Natasha, a 2013 graduate of Essex County College, is currently pursuing a degree in sociology from Rutgers—Newark College of Arts and Sciences. Natasha has also devoted significant time to volunteerism, serving as community liaison for the Newark Voter Empowerment Tour as well as volunteering for Gallery Aferro and Aljira, a center for contemporary art.
