Welcome to the Newark Trust for Education's Countdown to the 2020 School Board Election!

TUESDAY, May 12th is the day that citizens of Newark will have the opportunity to cast their vote for the three newest members of the Newark Board of Education, a nine-member board that makes important decisions that impact our children's education. In just two weeks residents have the opportunity to shape the future of public education for our children.

Your vote does more than impact the leadership of our educational system. Your voice ensures that we work collectively and democratically to address the critical needs of Newark’s students.

At Campaign Central we provide access to the information you need to make an informed vote. Here you have the opportunity to read our Fact Sheets on pertinent information and meet the candidates hoping to serve our schools and community.
