Ms. Mensah-Boateng supports three members of The Trust's leadership team: the Executive Director, the Associate Director of Operations, and the Director of Finance. Her responsibilities include the management of human resources as well as the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
She served as the first coordinator for the School's Student Ambassador Program at Rutgers University-Newark's School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA). This multi-level leadership program allows students to advocate for and collaborate with school administrators and staff to enhance academic and professional services and maximize opportunities for their peers. Having begun her career at SPAN Parent Advocacy Network as an intern in 2017, they hired her as a full-time Administrative Coordinator in 2018.
She holds a master's degree in Public Administration degree from Rutgers University-Newark and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Rutgers University-New Brunswick.
She is the eldest of four children and is a first-generation Ghanaian. She likes to try new foods at different restaurants and festivals, listen to music, and dance during her free time.
