Welcome to the Newark Trust for Education's Countdown to the 2020 School Board Election!

TUESDAY, May 12th is the day that citizens of Newark will have the opportunity to cast their vote for the three newest members of the Newark Board of Education, a nine-member board that makes important decisions that impact our children's education. In just two weeks residents have the opportunity to shape the future of public education for our children.

Your vote does more than impact the leadership of our educational system. Your voice ensures that we work collectively and democratically to address the critical needs of Newark’s students.
